Simply follow the process outlined below within 30 days of receipt of the damaged or defective goods, and we will gladly assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Return/exchange policy and procedure

– Please message us, listing the items being returned and the reason code(s).
– Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or to exchange the items being returned for replacement.
– If you prefer a refund, it will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
– If you prefer an exchange for the same item that was received damaged or defective, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
– Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
– Refunds for returned items will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
– Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Back-ordered items
If an item is back-ordered, the total shipping charges will be allocated proportionately and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note the total shipping and handling charge will not increase due to a back-order. All items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Ground Delivery, and in the USA via UPS Standard Ground Delivery.
